The guests can visit the Mirror Booth unlimited times to capture them wearing the funkiest of props. The Mirror Booth will by default print 2 copies of the photo for the guests.

There is no restriction on how many photos are printed by the Mirror Booth. If there are 5 people in the picture, then 5 copies of the picture will be printed.

Travel is free within 25 miles of our base in Newport.  For distances greater than this a fee of £1 per mile travelled.  Any additional cost incurred such as tolls and parking will need to be covered by the hirer.

The selfie mirrors measure 94cm (wide) x 56cm (depth) x 175cm (high). However we request a floor space size of 200cm x 200cm to allow space for props and adequate distance to be achieved between selfie mirror and user.

We always have a member of staff attend your event to take care of everything for you. You don’t only hire a selfie mirror from us, you also hire a complete service.

How long does it take you to set up the selfie mirror? 2016-11-18T13:49:19+00:00

It can take us anywhere from 30-45 minutes to set up, we will arrive on site at least one hour before your selfie mirror hire time is due to start, this time is included and is not counted as part of your run time.

What are idle hours for? 2016-11-18T13:50:09+00:00

Sometimes it not always possible to set up or break down the selfie mirror directly before or after an event. For example, if you require the selfie mirror setting up at 6pm but do not want it running until 9pm, this would be charged at 3 idle hours on top of the hire costs. Idle hours are charged at £20 per hour.

We ask for a £50 non-refundable booking fee at the time of booking to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your event.  This can be paid by BACS or by cheque.

What is the booking fee for and will it be refunded? 2016-12-14T15:32:36+00:00

The booking fee is simply to hold your date.  The £50 will be deducted from the amount due for the event.

Do we get a copy of the pictures taken in the selfie mirror? 2017-02-01T15:08:37+00:00

Yes you will receive both a printed and a digital copy of all the selfie mirror prints created at your event.

Can our guests view the images after the event? 2016-11-18T13:52:37+00:00

If you have the package that contains the gallery option, we create after your event a password protected gallery for you and your guests to view the images.

We use Mitsubishi thermal dye sublimation printers, which are used by photo processing companies. Each print takes approximately 10 seconds to develop and are touch dry and water proof immediately.

We only use top of the range, professional, studio quality DSLR camera equipment to ensure that not a detail is missed on your photographs and prints.

Yes you can! We have a range of different print styles, with the ability to add text, frames and much more to each one of the photographs, making them unique for your event.

Can I customise the selfie mirror features? 2016-11-18T14:06:47+00:00

Yes you can! Our features can be swapped and replaced with anything on our feature list, creating a custom selfie mirror to fulfil your event requirements.

What as a hirer do I have to provide for you to be able to setup at our event? 2017-03-16T21:33:37+00:00
  • 1 double electric mains socket
  • Wifi Access if doing Social Sharing (We will use our portable 4G modem where this is not possible).

We supply plenty of props, raging from wigs to glasses and can even supply props specific to your event theme.

Our venue has stairs, can you carry the selfie mirror upstairs? 2017-01-12T07:50:57+00:00

Based on the size of the selfie mirror, we would request that you contact us so we can assess if it is possible.
